The pictures used in this section may not look exactly like your robotic cleaner but troubleshooting procedures should work with your cleaner!

1. Cleaner doesn’t move or pump water when ON button is pressed:

• Does operating light turn ON when the (ON) button is pressed?

• Ensure the Blue Floating Cable is securely connected to the power supply

• Check the power supply is plugged well into the wall receptacle

• Ensure you have power to the receptacle by plugging in a known good devise (example)

• If everything checks good, fill out a Service Request Form or call 1-800-457-7642 for additional help
