Troubleshooting
The pictures used in this section may not look exactly like your robotic cleaner but troubleshooting procedures should work with your cleaner!
5. Pool floor partially cleaned:
  • Shut Power supply off and remove Robotic Cleaner from the pool

 

  • Turn cleaner on its top carefully. Put cardboard, towel or blanket under cleaner so not to scratch plastic surfaces.

  • Remove the bottom lid assembly
    (This is the tray that holds the filter bag)

  • Remove filter bag from the wire forms

  • Empty filter bag, turn it inside out and clean thoroughly with a high pressure hose

  • Install the filter bag on the wire forms and reinstall reassemble on the bottom lid

  • The blue label should be located in the middle of the long side of the bottom lid and the grommet holes are placed at each end

  • Install bottom lid back into the cleaner

  • Check to ensure the bottom cover is secured properly

  • Inspect and Clean the pump propeller.
    Remove the 2 Phillips head screws from the outlet top.

  • Carefully remove out let top from the robot and set aside

  • Remove all debris from the propeller using tweezers or needle nose pliers

  • After thorough inspection, reinstall outlet top (Reverse of removal procedure)

 

  • Place cleaner into the pool and turn on

 

  • If the problem still exist, fill out a Service Request Form or call 1-800-457-7642 for additional help
